Rules of Bamboo Development Agency

Short title: These rules may be called the Rules of the Bamboo Development Agency, Mizoram.

Definitions and Interpretations:

The following expressions shall have its meaning as below, unless the context otherwise requires “Agency” shall mean Bamboo Development Agency;

* “Chairman” shall mean Chairman of the General Body of the Agency referred to in these Rules;

* “Executive Chairman” shall mean Chairman of the Executive Committee;

* “Executive Committee” means Executive Committee of the Agency referred to in these Rules;

* “General Body” shall mean the body constituted under these Rules;

* “Secretary- General” shall mean Secretary of the General Body of the Agency referred to in these Rules;

* “Secretary “ shall mean Secretary of the Executive Committee;

* “State Government” means Government of Mizoram;

* “Vice Chairman” shall mean Vice - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Agency referred to in these Rules.
